THE BROADS
The charm of the Norfolk broads is unique, formed by the digging of peat for fuel in the middle ages the broads are a collection of 40 or so shallow lakes which alongside the connecting rivers make up the 250 miles of navigable waterways.
They are a haven for Ramblers, Bird watchers, botanists, fishermen and of course sailors.
The following are just a few suggestions of activities you can pursue while visiting the area.
